VIANELLO’S COMPANY WAS BORN IN VENICE’S HISTORIC CENTER IN 1997 FROM OUR ENTHUSIASM AND THE DECISION TO OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY IN THE FLOORING SECTOR

HERE WE ARE

Marco Vianello

Marco got a diploma in electric and electromechanical installation; he has extensive experience as craftsman specialized in thermo-hydraulic and electric installations. Passionate about ancient tradition of Venetian Terrazzo floors, he works together with his brother Stefano.

Stefano Vianello

Stefano started the job of terrazziere at the age of 16 with the best Venetian masters, assimilating the ancient working techniques. He has carried out valuable works in historic public and private buildings and in numerous Venetian churches. Since 2019 he has obtained the qualification of stone restorer. In 2020 he was awarded the MAM Maestro d’Arte e Mestiere award from the Cologni Mestieri d’Arte Foundation in Milan.

Gabriella and Giorgia

The administrative and commercial management of the company is entrusted to the ability and willingness of Gabriella and Giorgia, always available to the costumer from start to completion of the project.

Our craftsmen

Yuri, Antonio and Filippo support Stefano and Marco. They are passionate about this profession and are committed every day to carry out each project with care and attention, so that each of our work is performed to the highest standard.

MISSION

Our synergy, strenghtened over the years, has allowed the company to become one of the sector leaders, pursuing three main goals:

Preserve the original method of sowing the terrazzo too often improperly reproduced with premixed aiming to imitate the traditional Venetian floor without reaching its aesthetic quality.

Continue the research for technological innovations to achieve ever higher quality of new interior design and at the same time preserve the ancient, historical artifacts, that get worn out over time, or with inappropriate interventions.

Apply ancient techniques in order to respect the historic environment where interventions are performed.

Traditional tools – the attention to traditional materials and tools, reached thanks to 25 years experience in the restoration, drives us to seek ways to transform raw materials to get unique non industrial products, using both old machines and most modern mills.

Sustainability – We use natural products such as cement, lime, marble, flax oil, both in the construction of our products and for the treatment of interior surfaces. The Microtopping, for example, contains no harmful solvents, does not emit formaldehyde or other toxic substances either during processing or when dried and thanks to its formulation based on water it has a low environmental impact.

International trade fairs – Focused on the evolution of techniques and materials we follow with interest international fairs and training courses (MADEMilan, KLIMAHOUSE Bolzano, SAIEBologna, MARMOMACC Verona), keeping up with new trends in architecture and design.
